Few countries can match Nepal for variety. True Adventure teams have trekked to Everest Base Camp, taken part in their Gold Duke of Edinburgh's Award expedition in the shadow of Annapurna, visited cultural and environmental sites in Kathmandu and the Chitwan National Park, with its herds of elephants and rhinos, and trekked the Annapurna Circuit.
Nepal is one of the poorest countries in the world and teams can make a real difference to the quality of the life of its inhabitants when they participate in school, community and environmental projects.
