Namibia
Namibia is a land of superlatives. The country is twice the size of France, but with only a population of just over 2 million, you are assured of a true expedition experience. In the north Etosha offers the option to watch game at close range, and further south in the wild expanse of the Namib Desert expedition members will get the opportunity to climb the world's highest sand dunes.
Trekking options are varied from day walks in game reserves to a longer hike of several days through the Fish River Canyon.
Projects with schools and communities are available throughout the country, often in remote settlements.
For R & R teams have a choice of adventurous activities including sand boarding on the dunes a stone's throw from the Atlantic Ocean, or you may simply wish to visit world famous ancient rock paintings, or watch penguins or seals as they dive and fish in the Bengula Current.
