India offers wide ranging opportunities for expeditions from the high Himalaya to the deserts of Rajasthan.
In the summer months True Adventure offers Himachal Pradesh and Ladakh as mountain destinations, but during other times of the year teams may wish to explore Sikkim and its borders with Nepal. In the cooler months of the year teams may also wish to visit the Thar Desert in Rajasthan.
Teams who want to focus on projects have a very wide range of choices from working in rural and urban schools and communities, to restoring Buddhist books in the remote mountains of Sikkim.
At the end of the expedition a visit to the Red Fort or the Taj Mahal will complete a wonderful experience.
