Ethiopia
Ethiopia offers a wealth of cultural tradition both medieval, Christian and tribal, as well as some outstanding trekking opportunities. It is an ideal choice for teams wanting to experience a truly vibrant, cultural area of Africa.
Teams can choose to trek in the Ethiopian Highlands, including Semien Mountains to the north of Addis Ababa or the Bale Mountains National Park to the south.
Projects are based around schools and communities in remote and small villages.
R&R highlights include exploring the medieval architecture of Lalibela and Gonder, a safari in the Awash or Nechisar National Park, and visiting our ancestor ‘Lucy' in Addis Ababa National Museum
